We are conducting a search for a primary Montessori guide to lead one of Discovery's Casa communities for children aged 3 - 6. Through your efforts, children will fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.

Invitation to Apply

We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Have earned a primary diploma from a MACTE-accredited institution;
  • Are experienced working with children aged 2½ - 6 years old; and
  • Are available to join by September 2023

We would prefer you over other candidates if you:

  • Live in Southern California;
  • Have earned a primary diploma from an AMI-accredited institution
  • Have earned bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees in any subject;
  • Have five or more years’ experience as a Montessori guide;
  • Are a fluent Spanish speaker;
  • Are a US citizen or green cardholder;
  • Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences.
